The Leaders
Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, you will join a team of experienced HR professionals, as well as a small CoE function. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your direct manager as well as senior P&C team members to learn and grow.
The Opportunity
Joining this dynamic team as a P&C Advisor, will see you collaborate closely with key stakeholders and P&C BP’s to deliver exceptional support and guidance to the business.
You will be the first point of contact for workplace and employee relations matters across a national client base and additionally have the opportunity to:
- Provide first level advice on matters including conduct issues, employee grievances, investigations and performance;
- Work on recommendations to improve P&C processes and procedures;
- Assist with Talent and Retention initiatives, including local Early Careers and Graduate activities;
- Maintain records, work on reports and systems enhancements;
- Review and adapt P&C policies to ensure a contemporary and compliant foundation is maintained; and
- Review and apply any legislative, minimum wage or Award changes, which include remuneration and benefits revisions and benchmarking.
About You
We’re seeking a People & Culture Coordinator or Advisor with experience that includes exposure to ER case management and performance, in a professional or corporate environment. You will excel in stakeholder management, providing exceptional client service to diverse client groups and have strong organisational and time management skills! Resilience, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality are key to success in this role, as is the ability to uphold and model these values in all P&C-related matters. Finally, you will love working within a broader P&C team and be hungry to progress your career in a supportive and modern workplace environment!
