Senior HR Business Partner | 6-month Parental Leave Contract

The Leaders
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will report to the Regional Director of HR who has worked across a number of regions, leading high-performing teams. You will also sit as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who are highly experienced professionals from various backgrounds and bring with them diverse perspectives that has enabled continued innovation.
The Opportunity
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work to lead change and transformation activities whilst also being comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the detail. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and work collaboratively to uplift capability, provide advice on best practice and align people initiatives to the overarching business strategy.
You will also provide leadership to a small team who are passionate and eager to learn!
Further, you will:
- Manage and deliver annual and cyclical HR processes including performance, reward, talent, succession planning and engagement
- Support the business with recruitment activities, ensuring appropriate approvals, budgets and alignment on capability
- Support organisational development initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness including re-org design
- Coach and guide leaders on employee relations matters
- Work to lead the upcoming EBA negotiation and form constructive relationships with union representatives
- Provide data-led insights to influence outcomes
- Support leaders with change programs of work which includes change plans, communications and developing change capability across the LT
- Provide regular updates at company town halls and alike on the progress of the people agenda and goals.
About You
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who has experience working across the employee lifecycle and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key to your success will be your ability to lead change initiatives and support the business through these programs of work. As you will play a key role in enabling organisational success, strong commercial acumen is crucial.
Above all, our client is seeking someone who is ambitious and thrives working in an evolving environment. You will be comfortable influencing leaders at various levels of the organisation to drive outcomes.
Experience negotiating EBA’s is not essential – it is more about your willingness to give it a go.
The Process
As this is an immediate need, we anticipate there to be two-rounds of interviews plus a profiling assessment, in addition to meeting with a Levyl consultant.
