Emilia is an experienced recruitment professional with nine years’ exposure to both agency and in-house environments. Her consultative and analytical style has seen her form genuine partnerships that stand the test of time across both Australia and the United States.

Most recently, Emilia lived in Dallas, Texas, and worked for Gartner in their internal Talent Acquisition team. Her remit saw her recruit roles across the HR and Sales portfolio, with a specific focus on HRIS Analysts and People Analytics. Now specialising in the emerging to mid-level People & Culture market at Levyl, Emilia has been able to quickly apply her knowledge and lived experience working within the profession, to engage with the Levyl network in a meaningful and informed way.

Outside of work, Em keeps busy with her one-year-old baby boy, beach, and family time! Establishing a life down the south coast sees her split her time between ‘city slicker’ life, and a more relaxed pace of living.
