The Opportunity

As the Human Resources Advisor, you will take on both a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities and be instrumental in driving the overall people operations across the group of companies. This role is generalist in nature and will encompass comprehensive oversight of all facets of Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage probationary processes and maintain effective communication throughout.
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee offboarding procedures.
  • Support and facilitate talent acquisition activities across all group entities.
  • Shape a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and promote it within the external marketplace.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resources Advisor who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and thinking strategically about the bigger picture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing the day-to-day operational needs of a growing business while laying a strong foundation for its future success.

As a qualified HR professional, you will learn on your academic foundation and a few years of working experience to deliver impactful results.
