The Opportunity
As an Associate Consultant, joining team Levyl, no two days will be the same!
Stepping into this graduate position, you will have the opportunity to develop skills to manage the operations of the business and lead the candidate side of the recruitment process. This will see you engaging with and building a P&C network with the view of moving you into an end-to-end consulting role with the required training and development. This is where you’ll have ownership of a sector within the market, managing customer experience and commercial outcomes through business development.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Researching the job market, prospective clients and P&C trends;
- Drafting and posting job advertisements;
- Completing reference checks, compiling candidate summaries, reports & presentations;
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates;
- Completing complex candidate headhunting exercises including market mapping;
- Coordination of various company initiatives, events and projects!

About You
We’re seeking a high-performing, commercially curious and customer focused graduate looking to pursue a career in recruitment. You will have just completed your undergraduate studies in Human Resources or an alike degree, ready to step into your first corporate role!
You will have a desire for continuous learning and development and enjoy leaning into your strengths and interests whilst working on your developmental areas. Further you will be motivated to join a small but mighty team where collaboration is valued, teamwork is real – and boundaries on what is possible, are pushed every day!

The Next Step
