Levyl is a specialised People & Culture recruitment firm, based out of the Sydney CBD with a national reach. Established in 2022, we have built quick credibility in a competitive market through our customer centric style, and values based approach to business.

Levyl operates with two distinct arms: their commercial People & Culture recruitment business and their DEI consulting division. The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, your key responsibilities will encompass true 360 degree recruitment within the emerging to mid-level People & Culture market, as well as proactive business development to drive the continued growth of Levyl. Working closely with the leadership team, you will align the focus of your role with the organisational strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

· Managing all components of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing;

· Drafting job advertisements and other key materials for candidates and clients such as briefing emails, candidate packs and pitch decks;

· Completing market maps and candidate headhunting exercises;

· Conducting business development to build relationships, procure business and bring in work to the organisation;

· Meeting with prospect and current customers both virtually and in person to establish relationships, take job briefs, and provide consultation, deepening partnerships;

· Complete reference checks, negotiate offers, and post placement care; and

· Support with the coordination of various company initiatives, events and projects!

About You

Levyl is looking to hire an experienced agency recruiter with a track record in the Human Resources/People & Culture market. You will be a proactive self-starter, able to demonstrate a natural drive and ability to work strategically. You value building relationships and take care in completing recruitment assignments. You understand the importance of quality work and reputation. You will be developing your commercial nous and be hungry to learn and grow within a close-knit and highly collaborative team. You must be comfortable adapting to new technologies and ways of working and have a foundation knowledge of what the People & Culture profession entails.

We are open to hiring a permanent or contract recruiter. Should your agency experience be aligned to People & Culture but not deep, please still chat to us!
