The Leaders

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture and working alongside a peer generalist, you will complete a high performing HR team of three. This Head of People & Culture is authentic, commercial and practical. She invests in her people and wants to see you succeed! The broader leadership team are a diverse bunch of professionals with impressive industry backgrounds.

The Opportunity

As one of two P&C Generalist’s, you will work as a team to manage all of the day to day HR needs of this awesome tech company. That could be from onboarding and employee experience, through to recruitment and engagement! However, we are hoping to find a candidate for this role that can also lean into employee relations, L&D and HR Projects. Some of your responsibilities may be:

  • Providing coaching and support to people leaders on employee development, performance improvement and org development;
  • Creating and driving learning and development initiatives to ensure best in class for training;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulations and best practice through the continual review of policy and process;
  • Managing end-to-end employee experience, from recruitment to on and offboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace environment; and
  • Partnering with the Head Of P&C and various division leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies and projects that support the company’s goals and objectives!

About You

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Generalist who has a strong foundation working across the full employee life cycle! Ideally you have worked in a small to mid size HR team in a progressive, fast-paced and entrepreneurial company. Any exposure to the SaaS industry sector and/or expertise in ER or learning would be advantageous.

In this role, one minute you’ll be working on a culture initiative, the next, guiding a Manager on a PIP! So, you must enjoy variety, have strong stakeholder management skills and equally enjoying being in the business, as a tone and energy setter.
