As they continue scaling, they are seeking a People Operations Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract to streamline and enhance People Operations processes. This unique role offers a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure business continuity and efficiency during this exciting growth phase.

 

The Leaders

This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner, a seasoned HR professional passionate about driving business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.

 

The Opportunity

As the People Operations Partner, you will focus on enhancing operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR systems are effective and employees receive top-tier support. This position requires a strong emphasis on process improvement, people systems optimization, and delivering a seamless employee experience. You will play a key role in streamlining People Ops processes globally, managing HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across multiple markets.

Further, you will:

  • Oversee daily management of HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Monitor and resolve queries from the People Service Desk, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Present monthly data-driven reports on People Ops service metrics.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery through automation and self-service solutions.
  • Champion the use of HR systems (BambooHR, Lattice) and ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable HR processes.
  • Support cultural events and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in People Operations, with a proven track record of managing HR processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will have expertise in HR systems like BambooHR and a solid understanding of data management. Your ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking will be essential in supporting the business through this period of growth.

You will also:

  • Have experience working in global HR operations, with knowledge of employment legislation across multiple regions.
  • Possess strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various functions.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

 

The Process
