Angela, a leading Australian expert in Workplace Strategy and Design, has over 20 years of experience collaborating with top corporate clients such as Google, Johnson & Johnson, and PwC across Australia, Asia and New Zealand.

Angela specialises in tailoring workspaces to enhance business strategy, culture, and wellbeing. During the panel, Angela will discuss design thinking strategies to create inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent employees, managing office expectations, and fostering a collaborative and sensory-sensitive environment.

David Heymann is the Chief Operating Officer at Prospection and brings with him >25 years success driving revenue growth, productivity and scaling businesses across AU, US and APAC.

Combining 13 years at Google with 4 years in series A/B scale ups David’s experience spans strategy creation & execution, commercial partnerships and building organisations & teams.

David’s outlook on work and life is also shaped for the better, by his role as a father to his neurodivergent son. During the panel David will share how a people-centric leadership style can extend beyond operational excellence to foster inclusive environments that support individuals and teams to perform at their best.

Lead, HR Policy (HR Operations, Policies and Systems) at the Department of Education, NSW Government

Briony uses her personal experience as a neurodivergent person with autism spectrum disorder to navigate her HR career in state government. Her HR experience encompasses dynamic change management, project implementation, financial reporting, and managing multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors.  

In addition, Briony serves on the Board for Xceptional Academy, focusing on providing exceptional employment pathways to accelerate the careers of neurodivergent professionals.

During the panel, Briony will share her experiences on fostering inclusive environments for neurodivergent professionals, emphasising sensitivity and collaboration in the workplace, whilst covering her own personal career within the People & Culture profession
