As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Levyl, Mike leads the High Potential Program, a dedicated initiative that integrates DEI consulting as a wraparound service to an identified hire within a People & Culture team.

Mike's career is marked by a series of groundbreaking initiatives in leadership roles at globally recognised brands such as Sephora, Bare Escentuals, and Macy's. His leadership not only increased diverse representation in leadership positions but also elevated company-wide DEI metrics, setting new standards in corporate responsibility. Additionally, Mike co-founded an award-winning clinical skincare brand recognised for its concept-to-counter approach to inclusivity and pioneering efforts in truly inclusive clinical testing.

With international experience and a deep understanding of diverse markets, Mike is well-positioned to deliver actionable insights that align with evolving societal expectations in recruitment and talent management.
